Wahroonga's HammondCare journey
As the founder of Cosy Companion, I was particularly inspired from my experience volunteering with HammondCare Wahroonga for the past year and a half. This was a dementia home that had beautiful residents. I thoroughly enjoyed my encounters of joy during the small interactions of music and knitting/crocheting.
Youth4Difference
Youth4difference partnered with Cosy Companion to visit UPA nursing home in Wahroonga. The students took part in doing some fun music performances, bananagrams, gardening and conversation with the residents.
